is why he puts on whistling videos.
Mr. Nate whistled in class. For
that reason, the ghosts came and ruined the screen.
It is Friday morning.
Because of this, students are
ready for the weekend.
Think of five things about yourself. Use the language from the book.

like to play tennis. That is why I
practice everyday.

like to read books. For that reason, I
always have a book in my hand.
3. I
like to eat yogurt before I do sports.
Because of this, I get cramps when I run.
4. Hot
Pot is delicious. Because of this, I
have it all of the time.
5. I
love watching movies. Because of that, I
am always on Netflix.
6. I
missed my breakfast. That’s why I’m so
hungry now L
Avoidance = staying away from something
*I will avoid you.
Curative = to fix diseases
Groundbreaking = never been done before
*If we can take vacations in space, it would be a
groundbreaking event
*nausea = when you are sick on your stomach

*compounds = things made up of many parts

*preventative = something that stops something from
happening
People wear masks as a preventative measure against
spreading diseases.
