SSP Hong Kong, Plural Noun Questions and Vocabulary

 Questions with Plural Nouns:

1.      How many classes do you have?

 

2.      How many watches do you own?

 

3.      How many languages do you speak?

 

4.      How many backpacks do you have?

 

5.      How many notebooks do you use?

 

6.      How many wallets do you own?

 

7.      How many cameras do you have?

 

8.      How many keys do you have?

 

Vocabulary:

A flaw: A weak point of someone or something

Mr. Nate, you are very friendly and intelligent, but you talk too much.  This is a flaw of yours. 

A Sweet Tooth: Someone who loves sugar so much 

*Do you have a sweet tooth?  If so, what sweet things do you like?

Important = something you need

Classes at ELS are important.  Sleep is important. 

To keep = to hold onto something

Messy = dirty, disorganized

My room is messy. 

Hard = not easy

English is not hard. 

Uncomfortable = it makes you not feel good
