Responding to Bad News:
Example 1:
John: I failed my exam! I'm so upset!
Dana: Oh no! That's terrible! I'm so sorry to hear that!
Example 2:
Billy: I just got attaked by a monster in the woods!
Kenyatta: I'm so sorry to hear that! What can I do to help you?!
Plans for the future will will/be going to

2. Predictions (going to and will):

4. Negative forms of be going to:
