Dear class at ELS:

My name is Joey, and I have a real problem right now.  I have a big feud with my neighbor, and it has really dragged for a long time!  He drives so fast in the neighborhood! We live in residential area, and the speed limit is 25 MPH.  The neighbor, however, drives his SUV up to 60 MPH sometimes!!!!!  And there are kids that live here and walk to school!!  It's so dangerous.  I have tried to talk to him about this, but he just ignores me and tells me to just mind my own business!  Then, one time he was so angry when I told him to slow down that he drove on my yard!  Please help me and tell me what to do!
