Keenly aware = to be strongly aware that something is happening

If there is bullying happening in a school, teachers and administrators need to be keenly aware of what is going on.

Intimidation = making a person feel beneath or less than you

Perusing = to read in detail; opposite of skimming

Torment = to cause severe pain or suffering to

Harassment = bothering a person
