1. What kind of assumptions do people make about you?  Do you like these assumptions?

2. What is a constructive way to help someone improve at something?

3. What kind of transformation have you experienced?  

4. Have you experienced tough times before?  When did you experience them?

A short story:

I once knew a person.  They made an assumption about me.  They thought that I wanted to have a certain type of job.  But, they didn’t ask if I really wanted that type of job, so I was kind of bothered by that.  I think before you make an assumption about someone, you should ask them first.  Right?  If you do that, you can know the real person, not what your assumption about them is.
